Privacy

Vienne is run by one person, Isaac, from Missouri. Here is exactly what happens with your photo.

• What we keep. The photo you upload, a background-removed cutout of it, and the analysis. They are stored so your result link keeps working.
• Who sees it. The photo is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the analysis and is handled under their API data policy. Nobody at Vienne looks at photos unless you email us about a problem.
• Sharing. Nothing is posted anywhere by us. Your result page is private to anyone who has the link. If you share the link or the card, that is your choice.
• Payments. Card details go to Stripe. We never see your card number. If you pay, we store the email Stripe gives us so we can send you your link.
• Deletion. Email hello@vienne.ai with your result link and it is deleted, photo included.
• Cookies. None for tracking. Your browser's session storage holds your photo preview while it uploads, nothing else.
